Post-Installation Purchase of Additional Equipment
After transitioning to support, to purchase additional equipment such as in-room cables, remotes, and set-top boxes, contact Customer Support at 1-800-890-6090 and follow the prompts.
Be ready to provide the following information:
• Customer name, shipping address, email address, and contact phone number
• Quantity and type of equipment to be purchased.
Support will either assist in completing an Equipment Request form or send it to you.
A purchase order is required to ship the equipment.
